      Muthoot Finance Ltd the flagship company of  The Muthoot Group having 18 business divisions and a network of over 4500 branchs spread across the country is on the lookout for the following personnel for their operations in Tirupur Region covering Tirupur and Nilgiris Districts.

  1.Assistant Managers /  Branch Heads

• Candidates must be Graduates or Post Graduates with relevant experience in Business sourcing/Marketing or Sales of  Financial products and must have served in Managerial Cadre / Middle Management level in Bank/ Reputed Financial Institutions/Companies.
• Age should not exceed 45 Years.
• Retired/VRS opted Bank Managers who had served as Branch Heads not below Scale II grade for a minimum period of 2 years may also walk in.
• The salary offered is ranging from Rs.16000/- to Rs.21250/- PM for Assistant Manager and Rs.22,250/- to Rs.31000/- PM for Branch Heads depending on the centre of posting .

  2.Junior Relationship Executives for Branch Operations

• Graduates or Post Graduates in any discipline.
• Candidates with flair in customer service and ability for sourcing business preferred.
• Age should not exceed 35 Years.
• Certificate course in Computer applications is desirable.
• Freshers can also walk in. 
• The salary offered is ranging from Rs.12750/- to Rs.18600/- PM depending on centre of posting.
• In addition all our employee will be eligible for quarterly variable incentives and performance linked Annual Bonus (variable) as per norms depending on Branch/individual business performance.
