• Repatriates  Co-operative  Finance  &  Development  (REPCO)  Bank  Ltd.,  Registered  under  the Multi  State  Cooperative  Societies,  was  founded  in  1969;  engaged  in  banking  activities  with  social responsibility  towards  repatriates;  provides  all  types  of  loans  for  business  development,  industries, home  building activities; banking at customer’s doorsteps; introduced CBS and promoted Repco Home Finance Limited, Repco Micro Finance Limited and Repco Foundation for Micro Credit.

• The candidates applying for the post must have the following qualifications:

1. The  minimum  qualification  is  a  graduate  degree  preferably  in  Economics,  Commerce,Engineering, Chartered Accountancy or MBA;
2. The officers working in the level of Executive Director in Public Sector Banks and the EDworking in the Repco Bank, would be eligible;
3. The candidate must have completed two years of service as Executive Director as on 1stSeptember 2018;
4. The age of superannuation for the post is 62 years.
5. The  applicant  should  have  residual  service  of  minimum  three  years  i.e.  the  age  of  theapplicantshould not be more than 59 years as on 1stSeptember 2018.
6. Applicant  should  possess  proven  management,  leadership  and  innovative  skills  to  leadan inspired team;
7. The  applicant  should  have  adequate  knowledge  and  experience  in  all  types  of  bankingactivities  including  Merchant  Banking,  Hire  Purchase,  Leasing,  Bill  Discounting,  Bridge Finance, Micro-financing, Information Technology etc., 
8. Pay Scale:  The selected candidate will draw pay in the scale of Rs.2,05,400/-to Rs.2,24,400/-plus all usual admissible allowances & perquisites.
9.
